Around Azeroth: Fishing and dancing

This isn't the first time we've visited the infamous dancing troll village -- but it is the first time I've seen anyone taking time away from the the celebrations in order to try to catch a few fish. But this seems to be precisely what reader Mikasa of Spirestone did. Points for creativity, Mikasa!

How do you get to that village, because I see it whenever I used to fly from darnassus to winterspring. It always annoyed me that it was inaccessable
