My favourite group would be

Affliction 'lock (Tank, with Imp for buff and mana battery) - My character
Demo 'lock (Off-tank, DPS, CC)
Shadow Priest (Healing via VE, DPS)
Balance Druid (DPS, occasional healing)
Resto Shaman (Healing, occasional DPS)

Tanking in cloth, and still managing to finish each non-boss fight with over 90% health, is just scary.
