This video has inspired me to coin what I will call the Lord British Postulate:
If it exists as a living creature in an MMORPG, someone, somewhere, will try to kill it.
History has shown that to be exactly the case, and I, Mike Schramm, deem it to be true. Get to work, Wikipedians.
How else to explain that some crazed player has actually gone after the seemingly harmless A'dal of Shattrath City, and, in a "world first," killed him?
That's just mean. Obligatory: But what did he drop?
And I have to say that it's too bad the naaru didn't put up any more of a fight. Then again, maybe he just despawned. Do beings of sentient energy leave a corpse?

I think thats the bug, coz he must be like a city boss, so how do some level 70 non elites kill tht in like 3 hits. Either that or he is supposed to die if he moves from where he stands.

I would think that this would seriously reduce your rep with Aldor, Scryers, and the Lower City. Not to mention get you attacked by the city guards. Maybe not.

-rather curious where the demons came from since it's a fairly long run from shadowmoon valley or camp hate/whatever in nagraad.

The demons are Wrath Masters, from the big fight near the portal in Hellfire Peninsula.

It's crazy to kite mobs all the way from there, but not impossible.

Have any crazy people out there grinded to hostile with Sha'tar? It must be possible, Levixus the Soul Caller in the Bone Wastes can mind control you and have you attack a guard. If he then kills that guard, you lose 1250 rep with Sha'tar. Theoretically, you could do this enough to get hostile, no?

this wouldnt affect your rep at all.
they kited an unfriendly mob into the city, and the guards began to attack it. hence the players wouldnt have been affected.

I was there, it was on Kel'Thuzad (US), the demons were kited from the Dark Portal, which isn't really too horribly far if you think about it.

He's in a neutral town where nobody can fight, there are no players in the game that can attack him, he probably only has like 10hp.
