Forum post of the day: Top ten winning Hoard momets for Paladins
The warlocks had Kralnor. The druids had Alamo. Now it's time for the paladins to have their moment in the shining light of a totally incomprehensible forum post. Cless of DEATH STAR on Nazrethim provides this indispensible advice for "Hoard paladins":
"i will always like to start where i usually start in point s
1:make them so the focus is centered and the axe is strong in hand, either left or both its right but doesnt seem make sense t me... maybe blizzard thinks about thisbefore next time
2)
as long as the entrance is open the exit has a natural advantage, always be able to lose sometimes
3)as a paladin it is our duty to protect
4)after doing this it is best to not focus on selfish tides and mindless hooligany, paladins are serious dedication
have fun
never back down
dont need to eat food
paladin can team with warlocks
never let yourself be fooled by paladin jeers. people are jealous even on alliance in levels , u will be the best someday and no one lets u stop if u let them defeat ur
10: duskwood"
Jandrin's response (#29) in the thread is also full of win: "No class that can team with warlocks should be doing such amazingly powerful axe is strong in hand ever. I dont care what spec they are. I don't care what gear they have. I don't care that most pallies think that they aren't supposed to mount running backwards, yet constantly complain on the forums about how weak they farm - even to this day. You are not suppossed to have such entrance open to natural advantage - even though you think it's a exit. It simply isn't balanced and you need some adjustments. You are not supposed to be Kralnor in the Pally forums."
Sure, it's silly and clearly a joke, but everyone needs some dada between the complaining in their gaming day. I, for one, am taking Cless's advice seriously and destroying all my food, teaming up with a warlock, and going to Duskwood. On the way, I will reassess my serious dedication and avoid mindless hooligany.

Man... I think that guy suffers from some kind of brain damage. That was barely legible.

In 20 years, this will be hanging on the wall in an art musuem, as an homage to the video game culture... (que conan o'brien) "In the Year 2000".
Hell, i'll print this off, and hang it in a museum today, and people would rave over it. Thanks Cless!

I think I ran with him in a group on Sunday night. I think we've all run with this person at one point or another... I was told by a tiny bopper on Sunday that I was not hip to the way he talked since I was a mom, even though everyone in the group had NO IDEA what he kept trying to say. Does typing on a computer force some ages to leave out vowels? Do they not teach them in schools any more? Now don't get offended if you're a younger person this is in no way ment to offend, just to share the humor of it from all aspects. I know I have mistakes, or typo's, but it's like "Nto instead of not" or misspellings (WoW needs spellchecker in your chat bar :-) ) and I know I'm not perfect, but it's just painful some times to read things.

From this day on, I am seriously going to make a push for "hooligany" to become an often-used word.
Lenny Apr 3rd 2007 12:45PM
Reading that made my brain hurt. Then I realized that kind of thing was already on my list of "Why I don't read forums."

Well, my initial thought was that some bits were too "well" constructed to be another Kralnor/Alamo and not just a copy-cat...but after JJ's post, it sounds like we might have the genuine article on our hands.
I've been having a rought time leveling my pally through the 40's...now I understand it's because of my mindless hooligany - I'm going to take my amazingly powerful axe is strong in hand and find myself a warlock buddy.
Does it say something about me that my three main characters are Warlock(Kralnor),Durid(Alamo), and Pally(Cless)...I'm starting to worry.

It's an old thread resurrected, alas, just with a different intro. I can't remember if it's the same person who posted the original a few months back, but you never forget things like:

Re: JJ's
I know what your talking about and seen it many times. Most of the time it seems to show with kids 14 and under. I've kind of come to the assumption that up to that point most "kids" haven't developed any partial multi-tasking skills. [ie. playing a game (where you analyze what's going on, what your team mates are doing, what the mob is doing, and choosing your actions), having fun, and chatting with scentences that make sense or even contain all vowels/letters.
These three basic processes going on at once seem to be too much for the 14 and under crowd. I wouldn't say any of them are stupid. Instead, their neurons are just firing all at once and cause a jumbled mess of things. Eventually, they'll develop the skill since this world requires atleast that much multi-tasking skill or more.
till then, play "knoice"
:-p

Frank Sinatra
Frank Sinatra was born in New Jersey, December 12, 1915. And died on May 14 1998.
Frank Sinatra was known as The Voice, Ol’ Blue Eyes, The Sultan of Swoon, and more. But
what most people think of him as, is one of the best singers of all time.
Frank Sinatra started his career singing in saloons and bars with his own P.A. system.
Later on in life he joined a band as the singer. Sinatra was visioned as a gangster and a thug.
When Sinatra went solo in 1942 his fame spread like wildfire. Everyone, elderly, college
students, moms, dads, everyone loved Sinatra for his famous cooing. After being solo awhile as
a music artist, frank tried acting.
Frank wasn’t loved for being a guy who can play a certain part, Frank was loved because
he could play parts that mirrored his own personality incredible good.Frank lost his ability to sing
from a throat problem, but also got a part in an Oscar award winning movie around the same
time. Frank starred in lots of movies and was becoming one of thw most well-known actors of
the time. After the 1960's frank concentrated on much lighter roles. Frank was in many movies
you might have even seen yourself, movies such as : Ocean’s Eleven, The Detective, and The
First Deadly Sin.
Overall Frank Sinatra was an important figure in our world, and shaped some of our
society today, and maybe society to come. Frank was viewed as an honorable man in that he
wanted help doing stuff, but he wanted the self- satisfaction in knowing he did it. Sinatra may be
forgotten in 1000's of years, but how he changed the world will remain.
