WoW Moviewatch: ROFLMAO
When I first saw this video, I just couldn't stop laughing. Of course the leetspeaking undead in Oxhorn's machinima always cracks me up, but this particular spoof had me, well, rotflmao. Of course, a knowledge of what's being spoofed might contribute to that -- so if you watch the video and find yourself confused as to what's so funny, perhaps you might appreciate this version, made famous on the Muppet Show. And if you still don't see the humor, well, I'm afraid I just can't help you!

I enjoy all his movies, but his voice drives me insane.

Funniest video yet - followed by their "new" swear words...
Metal Zombie Apr 4th 2007 12:38PM
You need help more like. Turned it off after a few seconds. Do try a bit harder with the posts, I'm sure the great WOW Insider isn't this desparate :)

ROFLMAO!

seriously what is wrong with people lately? If you don't like it just say "I didn't like it" or something like that. There is no need for the hate if you have a difference of opinion.
I haven't seen it yet but if its half as funny as the video I'm imagining I'll find myself laughing later. Wish I could watch stuff at work.

I believe we're required to note Sandra Bullock's version in here somewhere.

... His movies are normally ok, but like #3 his voice irks me. I found the animations comical, for all of 25 seconds ... after that ... /stop.
He's done better imo.

This is the funniest WoW machinima ever made. People who don't like this are uncultured rubes.
I guess you have to be old enough to remember the muppet version and be the sort of person who uses leetspeak often but ironically. Knowing that the song originates from a porn soundtrack also helps.

Awww, seems I've been skipped over on the credit for finding this.

Considering it was only one Moviewatch (day) ago, I doubt this is a coincidence.
...
...rofflemaow, I don't care. More people have seen it now, and that's what's important. Can we expect you blits at the Insider to post Oxhorn's other videos?
Metal Zombie Apr 4th 2007 6:04PM
I am old enough and remember the muppets fondly. I am also well cultured... That's why I didn't like it, Len.

Mainman --
It may surprise you to know that some content is written in advance. And I'm afraid I wrote both of these Moviewatch posts over the weekend, and simply didn't go back and edit this one in light of comments.
Now... as to your other comment, I think we've actually posted most of Oxhorn's major videos on the site at some point in time. There are a couple of exceptions, though -- I'm pretty sure I never posted "Red Snappah" or the "Inventing Swear Words" series, both of which I skipped because they were rather old when I first ran into them. Of course, I've posted older videos before, so I probably ought to put these up for the enjoyment of those who haven't seen them yet.
But before you start thinking we neglect Oxhorn, it's worth noting that the first Oxhorn video we posted was way back in March '06. So for everyone's enjoyment, I present "The Tauren's Kilt."

@ Elizabeth Harper
Holy Light.
I did NOT see that coming!
First thing that's apparent from your reply: Challenging the system is worth it after all. The end result of my defiance in this case is that I've been sat by the fire, been given a glass of milk and some cookies, and heard a gentle explanation of why the bad people aren't as bad as the poor wee Scotsman first thought.
Secondly, you've simultaneously justified your role as a responsible blogger and made me feel a little guilty for my initial presumption (even though I retracted the malice of my statement in the end...). Still, bravo to you.
Thirdly, it's good to see continuing support for the work of this inspired line of machinima (I just refreshed the front page to see the Oxhorn interview post); there's just some people who won't find the time to venture past the blog and onto YouTube to track down Oxhorn's other (lengthier) movies
And fourthly, by sheer coincidence, you ended the post with something I'll probably find funnier than most. Refer to the end of my second paragraph for a reason as to why. I should've taken the Kodo ballad as a sign that Oxhorn deserves some extra (biased) respect from me, but thanks also to you for being the one to point it out to me.
Okay, praise over. I'll be sure to keep posting if I think I can spur you into action again!
