Breakfast Topic: Next alt
I have a simple question for you all today. It is Saturday morning, after all, and I'm sure many of you are a bit...exhausted after a hard Friday night partying or, more likely, raiding. So: what's the next character you're going to level, when you're done with the one you're working on now? As for myself, my Rogue is nearing 70 (69 right now), so next up, I think, is my Mage, who's been moldering at 20 for a long time. I may respec him frost, though -- I've never played frost. What are you guys going to make? Or do you have enough characters already?Filed under: Breakfast Topics, Features, Classes

bah, no such thing as too many characters :P. i just made a new shaman, but am playing my paladin till somebody else in the guild is online to ginvite him. i have made a couple shams, but not on my main server (cenarion circle), so this one i actually plan on sticking to.

Started working on my Draenai Shaman. Still have a mage and a warlock waiting to be worked on as well. I tend to only play them a bit when I get bored with grinding for mount $$$. Although I have been spending more and more time with the Shaman as I learn the class.

I'm going to level my Draenei shaman. He's lvl 28 right now. But first I'd like to lvl my warlock (66) to lvl 70, and then my Pally (65). I might make a hordie shaman though... I get a bit tired of all the young people on the Alliance side (Doomhammer EU) who join a group at 1800, and then leave at 1830 because their mom is calling for dinner, and they somehow didn't knew that was coming.

powerleveling my mage atm, next is warlock even though I still have a 61 rogue waiting to kill some mobs

Im definitly gonna level my 31 BE pally with my main (67 NE Hunter) sitting in Nagrand until he can get a full run of Underbog so he can get all the quests outta his quest log.

I've already got quite a handful to get up to 70. 50 Troll Hunter, a 61 Undead Rogue, a 23 Undead Warlock and a 15 Blood Elf Paladin.
As to what order.. no idea, I still spend a lot of time with the Shaman.

Unsure. I haven't decided between my blood elf paladin, my draenei shaman, my human priest, my troll warrior and my blood elf mage. :/

Well considering I began my WoW addiction only 3 weeks prior to the release of BC, the Orc Warlock I leveled to 16 was put on hold and now my Blood Elf Rogue is "main" for me.
Though I've only made it to 39 so far, I always feel bummed out when hearing
"need tank and healer" for running instances, so I'll have to make Priest/Paladin/Warrior next.

Yeah... too many characters lol.
When I get tired of lvling in Outlands, I usually play my 28 Mage (Frost ftw!), 23 Hunter or just make a random alt and bring them up to 10 before I get back to my main :P.

I have a 60 rogue (sitting idle in outlands) while I level up my BE Pally (currently level 44). I really enjoy the pally's versatility but I also have a level 5 Hunter which is my next 'alt'. I always tell myself I will spend some additional time playing her but its hard to take time away from leveling up a near 50 character in order to go play a level 5 lowbie.

My main (Dwarf MM Hunter) is getting keyed to Kara and is almost done with the last round of quests in BC. And I am already starting to get bored because of the time it takes to assemble the right group for a given run. I hate the fact sometimes peeps start a 2 hours run, and 30 mins into it give you a "sorry guys, my guild is calling" and suddenly the mage whose AOE/CC is capital to your run is gone.
I toyed with a Draenei shammy when BC came out, and I leveled her to 20 the other day (cause I was really getting bored) and realized that shammys were much more fun than I thought. I am going to lvl her up, playing a couple of hours "to relax" after lvl70 instances. I am thinking of raising her as elemental with a few points in healing (feel free to comment on that).

I cannot decide between rogue or hunter!
I need help guys please tell me what you think is better! I want a alt that will be quick to level and easy to quest with, and fairly good at PvP.
As for now I'm trying to push my 37 BE Pally to 40 to get my mount then push my new 10 Dranei Mage.
But seriously folks...Rogue or Hunter?!

I am leveling 4 characters at the same time/speed. I have a Dwarf Priest, Gnome Mage, NE Hunter, and a Human Pally. I figure if I level them all and do all the same quests at the same time, I won't have to do them continually, but do them all at once and be done. Sure it will take longer, but they all have different profs to help each other out. I think it makes for a much more satisfying game experience.

I've got 8 other alts besides my shaman main, and their levels are distributed pretty evenly between 10 and 50. Right now I'm working on my hunter (currently 50) and my new belfmage (at 18). And as soon as I find out what server a RL friend is on, I might start a NEW shaman (enhance instead of my current elem).
Although, I'd like to just work on gearing up my 70 shaman, but I'm having a terrible time getting into groups. Our server has a very low number of tanks, it seems, and every group I get in winds up disbanding when we can't find a 5th member to tank.

My Warrior-alt hit 70 on Wednesday and since that day I am running one instance after another while doing as many quests in Shadowmoon and Netherstorm as possible to get my Def gear up to date.
Just went through 3 black morass in a row to get my rep up .. tomorrow I guess I'll be visiting Tempest Keep a lot..

I have so many alts, sitting around gathering dust since my husband said "for God's sake, just pick one and level it!" I actually chose two, the rogue and druid--rogue is now almost 67 and druid is 70. Next up is the hunter because hunters really are EZ-mode leveling, and a helluva lot of fun too. After that I think it will be either the priest or warlock (I do have one of every class). Any class with a pet is a blast to play.

Well, my Mage has been 70 for about 2 months now, Kara keyed, and while I'm wating for my guildies to catch up so we can put a group together for it, I've been playing around with my(originally main) 62 warrior, and levelling my (38) Draenei Shaman. My plan is to have a dps/cc, tanking and healing option so that any time people need something, I can play. I pretty much only level my warrior when doing instances at the moment, don't think that's going to change, but I think I need to respec to Prot so I can hold down some aggro :)
