Remember! Noblegarden tomorrow! [Updated]

Don't forget, tomorrow, April 8th, is Noblegarden in the land of Azeroth. What does that mean to adventerous players like us? That there are colorful eggs to collect -- and some of them might contain unique prizes. (I'm still hunting for that Noblegarden dress!) For those interested in egg hunting this year, they're found in the lowbie zones around major cities. So hunt in Mulgore, Tirisfal Glades, Dun Morogh, Elwynn Forest, Teldrassil, and Durotar
Happy hunting, everyone!
Update: Fixed two errors in my initial post, adding Teldrassil and Tirisfal Glades as locations, and removing Silverpine Forest. Also, according to reports, there seem to be no eggs spawning in the new Burning Crusade zones, Eversong Woods and Azuremyst Isles. Thanks to commenters Auriea and Rob!

I want that dress!!!!!!

Will the eggs respawn, or do we need to start hunting early?

Umm . . . Silverpine Forest is not the Undead starting area, its their 10-20 zone. You're thinking of Tirisfal Glades.

Dont worry they respawn.

@Rob G
The story reads "...they're found in the lowbie zones around major cities. " It does not say starting areas.

Eggs are also found in Teldrassil.

These things are impossible to find!! I've run all around Silvermoon and Tirisfal. One egg that's popped twice because I ran around for so long...

Can anyone confirm if the eggs are appearing on Azuremyst Isle and in Eversong Woods?
Auriea Apr 8th 2007 12:19PM
From what I've heard, no eggs in the BC lowbie zones.

At this point, I don't think there's much point in searching for them, they're so rare. I spent two hours this morning combing elwynn, dun morogh, teldrassil, and durotar before finally giving up--I found a grand total of two eggs w/ few copper and some candy :( Does anyone know if the noblegarden dresses are bop?
I find it rather odd, considering how much Blizzard did up Valentine's, Chirstmas, and Halloween, just how little there is in-game today...no decorations, no npc's to notify the players about the eggs (if I hadn't read the articles about noblegarden, I wouldn't have even known). Not that I'm put-out or anything by this--I just find it strange. It's almost like they haven't finished setting up or something.

I started very early this morning, and hunted 20 eggs. Best drop was a white tuxedo shirt (a whole 30 silver on AH!), mostly copper and low-level candy. I never found the dress.
I've given up. Noblegarden sounds like a cool idea, I hope next year Bliz does it up bigger.

Yeah, the eggs all give out low level stuff, unfortunately. Makes sense, they can't give out [EPICS] to the wandering level 3 who walks over and lands some phat l00t.

I've hunted eggs for a few hours and haven't found any prizes, just candy.
At 70 it isn't too useful for me so I just go around asking newbies "Do you like Lollipops, Chocolate Squares, or Candy Bars best?" and then give them their pick and throw in a Happy Easter!
So far a lot of people get a kick out of it when I actually give them the candy, hehe :)

I think it's nice that this event is just for low-level toons. My little shamaness found a few eggs while she was questing and gathering Sunday morning. It would have been silly to take the 66 druid out there - like I was stealing candy from babies or something. It would have been extra nice to find the dress, but ah well.

I found a dress! Woohoo! My level 12 Tauren was running around Mulgore and I found the dress inside an Easter egg. Auctioneer plugin said sell to vendor for 10s, but the AH info was freakishly high. I checked it out on Allakhazam, and they show it as selling for 300g on the AH. It's on the block now on Hydraxis.
My MooCow looks absolutely *stunning* in a pink dress, BTW.
