I suppose this is actually a very easily seen consequence, looking at the screenshot. And I imagine as the draenei were crash landing into Azeroth, they didn't have a lot of options on where they were going, which is why we see wreckage scattered all across the Azuremyst Isles. Sender-inner Doshean of Smolderthorn comments:

I like when Blizzard focuses on the little people of Azeroth, and how their lives are affected by the big events. We can't all be Illidan and Thrall, you know.
