Putting out the Dps isn't that hard but the real skill for the 'Dps' builds is not gaining aggro, or if they do [it happens don't worry about it to much] knowing what to do. Using an aggro dump or at the very least running it to the tank [not running away while screaming at tank/healer].
As a tank [70 Druid] it does annoy me if someone *constantly* pulls the aggro. If I know the chance to wipe is very slim I'll let them take a few hits before I bother to snatch the aggro off, hey mabey a death or two will push the idea home to them.
As a tank I've had to learn how to hold aggro, Dpsr's have to learn how not to draw aggro and healers,... well we love you.
