I think everyone is blowing the Horde vs Alliance thing out of proportion. As of me writing this, 6 of the top 10 are horde, but also 6 of the top 10 are EU guilds. I think some guilds are more devoted than others to getting end game gear. It really has nothing to do with the number of "noobs" playing on either side. I'm a noob, but I'm 26, and I have an alliance and a horde character. I say that we should focus more on the "cool" aspect of the guilds see things for the first time rather than bickering amongst one another about who has more kids playing.I think the "instance" only items are a good idea, they would go along way in helping the more casual player see at least some of the end game content. I think blizzard should put those type of items there for raiding parties to use, then make heroic versions of the raid where they aren't available and the drops are better.Sorry for being long winded.
