The Ataris music video contest begins!

Blizzard, Machinima.com, and The Ataris are sponsoring a new machinima contest for all of the machinima-makers wanting to show off their talent. Your task, if you choose to accept it, is simple:
- Create a music video using World of Warcraft footage and music from The Ataris.
- Submit your video any time between May 1st and June 5th.
- ...
- Profit! (By walking away with a new NVIDIA graphics card.)

Awww, they only let you pick from 3 songs (I assume from their new album this is trying to promote). I had a good idea already for an older Ataris song =/.
This will be a great way for me to make my first video though!

Damn, if there was any doubt after they covered Brian Adams, there should be none now: they have officially sold out.

Does Kris Roe play WoW?
The new album is all right. A lot more indie-sounding than their previous efforts. I suppose you could argue that it sounds more "mature". It's a bit of a progression from the previous album, further removing them from the catchy pop punk of their earlier efforts (End is Forever and Blue Skies, Broken Hearts)
