WoW Moviewatch: Going retro with WC2
I enjoyed checking out this old intro from Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, and I hope you will too. Isn't it amazing how much this world has grown up? This is from over 10 years ago! Those orcs look a little different (and I have no idea where that armor drops, not to mention that gigantic shoulders have apparently grown a lot more fashionable since then), but those are our Zepplins for sure. And the Horde flag!

Seeing this just reminds me of how cool it would be if Blizzard decided the next expansion including some Naval warfare. =D Fighting with ships was one of my favorite past times in WC2.

ZOMG. This makes it appear that the Horde are somehow evil. Not only am I confused, but I'm now implicated in some sort of 'darkness'. A 'tide' of it no less. Has the world gone mad?!?!!?

The horde were evil. They were corrupted by Sargeras and demonic blood. Now, the demonic bloodlust has faded, but the old hatreds still remain.

What city is that? I'm guessing that it's Stromgarde. It's the only city I can think of with a big wall on the shore like that.
I'd like to see them add some naval stuff to the game too. It would be awesome if you could buy a boat and steadily upgrade and customize it with various parts from around the world.
It would also be cool to see fleets of ships here and there. Wouldn't it be awesome to see several Juggernauts off the coast near Orgrimmar? Maybe a few patrols sailing from Durotar down the coast to Ratchet. Then again, having parts of the fleet so close to Northwatch and Theramore could provoke hostilities with the humans.
