Around Azeroth: Mommy?

Darkcow of Gorgonnash sends in this rather sad screenshot. How can such decorations make our druid brethren feel? Darkcow provides an appropriately Larson-esque caption for the scene:
Dead as a door... mat? No, that's not quite it. Mom?

Druids are Night Elves or Tauren, not bears. So a bear skin isn't someone's mother.
Some wow players are too easily amused.

This brings up a point that bothers me about WOW.
Why can't the Horde skin humans? Tell me a troll wouldn't love to skin himself a pinky and make him some nice man-boots?
And for that matter, why can't the Alliance skin Taurens?

Heh, I just completed Zuluhed the Wacked, and I was expecting to see the pit lord that spawns and shouts Mommy!
