while i'm not exactly happy about the community taunting tseric until he exploded i do believe that he was not as good a CM as you might think. me actually playing a shaman in WoW, i can see and feel most of the issues players are complaining about for myself. what most of you dismissively call 'trolling' or taunting in my opinoin are the desperate cries for attention and most importantly HELP from children and adolescents who do not want to give up a game they enjoy very much in spite of its utter unfairness in several aspects. don't forget: the people who actually play the game see its flaws much more clearly and painfully than the devs and CMs and want them adressed asap.
A CM who rejects these, sometimes very precisely articulated and well documented complains as "uncrafted and improvisational campaign of misery and spin-doctoring" is just not the man for the job. if he actually HAD respected the players' opinoins a little more and insisted on the developers doing their job more thoroughly, all this might not have happened.
