@25. "My question is: Why did those people have to keep on egging at him."You answer your own question really they are "jerks", they smell blood when they notice somebody cares and takes pride in their work and is not afraid to engage in discussions. People can argue that this is not the "professional" approach, IMO Tseric's lasts posts are a perfect assessment of what's going wrong and any dedicated Community Manager should agree with it, letting people on the forums know you are aware many of them are rotten applies isn't damaging, doing nothing about it is, his posts are bitter but he's far from exaggerating.Trolls even proof it now, there are now "victory" threads comparing Tseric with the fall of Saddam Hoessein, this is the type of people a CM has to deal with, they feed on negativism and try to pull as many as possible into their hole of dissatisfaction (which hardly ever is related to WoW). If Blizzard is smart they try to get rid of those individuals asap because they thrive more new and old satisfied players away than they will ever represent.
