@35 - I'd just direct him to one of the original bloggers, Mike's been around for ages.

Tseric was honest - and I give him credit for that. Sucks that companies can't recognize honesty and instead have to punish it, but that's the customer service life...the assholes..er customers...are always right.

I do love the fact that his post was Nazi'd...that's just priceless.
