I pay a monthly fee for this game, it is not unreasonable to expect it to be advertising free, considering it is against the TOS for the game and therefor illegal.

In addition, while someone grinding and perhaps reselling that gold doesn't have much of an effect, the demand has now caused illegal activites associated with this to expand. When it starts taking extreme effort to keep your gaming experience safe against criminals trying to hack your account information to sell off all of the gear/steal gold to resell, then it has gone beyond 'farming.'

This point always seems to be conveniently left out when discussing 'farming'.
