All of us have had our own woes in life, and you'll forgive me if I do not list mine, because not only are they horrific but they are also personal.

But I don't use them to excuse bad behavior. Should Blizzard change it's rules because some people think that the rules don't apply to them because they've had a hard life? No. Get over it and work hard and decently like the rest of us.

I have no sympathy for gold farmers, and never will.
