WoW Moviewatch: Nihilum Vs. Teron Gorefiend
Releasing the third video in their 3-part series, Nihilum has posted their live-realm kill of Teron Gorefiend - another boss of the Black Temple. This is certainly quite a feat for Nihilum to have succeeded in so many encounters in such a short time. They also have rumored that they are "making progress on a certain encounter, but are not ready to show a corpse shot yet." Stay tuned for more progress in post-2.1 content!

Is it just me or is it really difficult to figure out what is going on in these kill videos?

I'm not one to care about which guild downs which boss. I just don't really believe that if you down a boss 3-4 times in a PTR then it shouldn't be that big of a deal if you do it in a live server. Oh well thats my opinion on raids and PTRs. I really like second song they choose for the video tho. The one from requiem for a dream. Not that great of a movie, but a great soundtrack....

anyone else find these really boring?
And does anyone know the title to the song?

The second song is Lux Aeterna. If you liked that, check out "Requiem for a Tower".

Wow... I swear, people must really have no lives - I don't even have time to do solo PvE anymore!
What these guys have accomplished makes me wonder how much of a drain they are on our real society.

I'm kind of tired with this site kissing up to this guild and Death and Taxes. Blizzard does it enough already without a blog site helping. There's plenty of other top end guilds out there doing the content.

I agree. The video was a real snoozer. Congrats to them for downing stuff they did on PTR, but the video needed better direction, better camera work, etc. Only so long I can watch basically the same overhead shot. ZZZZZ

Whatever. All I see is UI spaghetti. Hurts to watch. Its like watching the visualizations on my WM player. And since they have downed so many bosses in such a short time, I suggest Blizzard tweaks the bosses to be harder. Or maybe make them undeafeatable for some time, like the Old ones in AQ were.

I think there's a range of emotions that come out when you see their videos - feelings I'm seeing expressed here. I know I get a bit jealous because I wish I could go along - not only does it look fun, but all kinds of wonderful gear drops.
Its not that I'm incapable of doing my part in an instance like this, but often there's only 1 or 2 guilds on any given realm (sometimes none) that are even capable of organizing all of this - and often these guilds are very selective of who they take. For good reason too - lately I've been leveling a druid and I've noticed that there's an awful lot of warlocks (my main) who are really really really really bad at playing their class.
So its depressing that most people will never be able to take part in this kind of activity.
On that note I applaud their success:).

Hey guess what? In my youth, or real life personal test rhealm, I learned how to ride a bike. I havn't been on a bike in 10 years. Guess what! I jumped on a bike the other day, and you know what? I was able to ride that bike to the corner store.
So I called my mom the other day to have her check out my video on youtube of me performing this legendary feat. She promptly told me to lrn2r1d3 noob! Guess after having already learned to ride a bike it wasn't so special.
So I told everyone at my daughters daycare center, and they said I was so 1337 because they havn't even mastered their tricycles yet.
I am so awsome!
