Exactly 8 times in my entire Warlocking career, the first time happening at level 20, the last happening at level 68, I've actually had people open up a trade window with me and whisper "HS plz". One rogue just opened the window and said nothing, as if he just expected me to pump out a HS automatically.

My responses have included:
"Sry, out of shards."
"2g."
"Only if you'll group with me and help me kill a mob to get a shard. Oh did I mention that we have to go all the way out Eastern Plaguelands for me to be able to make one?" (out of the two people I used this on, neither bit).

When the rogue opened a window and said nothing, I was like "Look fella, I can't make water. No magey. Warlocky." He says, "Um... u giv me HS." I'm like, "I'm sorry... Creates Healthstone requires a shard and another component." "wut lol no it doezt it just needs shard nub" "No, I'm afraid it also requires the magic word, which you failed to provide. Goodbye."
