Gruul's hurtful strike bugged again

At least for all the guilds I've talked to, Gruul's hurtful strike is now targeting the third person on the aggro list instead of the second. This bug is probably related to this morning's patch, because HS has been messed up with other patches before.
A possible solution to this problem is to keep your guild's best rogue second on the aggro list, and the actual offtank third. With hunters shooting Misdirections at the rogue and everyone keeping a close eye on threat meters, you should be able to do it.
(Thanks to Schleeze of Magtheridon for the solution.)

wouldnt it be easier to have a warlock stay second on the list? searing pain generates tons of threat

Eh, the rogue worked for us just fine.

We just had two bears compete for 2nd aggro. Easier than trying to manage threat with melee dps.

we used an MS warrior with windfury - no problems at all and no need for misdirect, benefit to using him over a lock is that in the beginning when agro is touchy - he can actually eat a strike without dying.

It was much worse than that for us tonite. He was targeting 3rd, 4th, even 5th or lower on the aggro list. It seemed almost random at times. We finally decided to have everyone just stand by the door while 3 warriors ran in (was supposed to be 2, but one didnt listen and went in, so it was 3). A healer standing by the door, who had not cast a single heal or done *anything*, and was 1/3 the way across the room from Gruul, got hit by a Hurtful Strike. I kid you not, totally serious. I was 4 on melee aggro and started taking them all on one attempt. Good thing I had tanking gear on, so it was kind of okay, but still, the fight was completely borked.
Another thing too, and this might be my imagination (like the Ony Deep Breaths more now thing) but I would swear there more Cave-Ins. Not just a few more either, a LOT more. There were three around Gruul's feet a few times. I could have sworn it used to be limited to 2 Cave-Ins at any one time. And that was just what I saw looking up at Gruul's backside. Our healers were saying they were getting pounded too, like never before. We have this guy on farm status, and we ended up just throwing in the towel tonite, planning to come back after it is hotfixed.
So yeah, the fight is wacked big time.

I just got done clearing kara and prince tweaked on us tonight, he enfeebled our tank. There was no agro issues to speak of on our ktm he had least 30k above everyone. hopefully they get gruul fixed by thursday :)
