This is what you would want to be looking at in the WoWWiki:

Basically:
Stance 1 | Bear
Stance 2 | Aquatic
Stance 3 | Cat
Stance 4 | Travel
Stance 5 | MK/ToL
Stance 6 | Flight

And used as such:
/cancelform [nostance:0/1]
/cast [stance:1] Faerie Fire (Feral)(); [nostance] Faerie Fire
