I really cannot cast judgment on these guys because like them I like to work and get paid for my work.
Most of the people passing judgment over what it "Ethical" or not probably take this way too serious anyways. They are not charging for their service and it still works great and moving to a different site over "video game ethics" is just so lame lol.
Also unless I am wrong violating terms of service is really not a legal argument because essentially you violate the TOS you just lose access to the service itself.
