Blizzard brought a suit against Peons*****(censored to obscure their name). The class-action lawsuit was brought against them by some random Joe. But either way, it means Affinity would be the guys directly affected if IGE got sued. I doubt they'd sit idly by while one of their subsidiaries get sued for all they're worth.
