The only lawsuit against gold sellers I've heard about is the peons4hire v Blizzard case. I don't believe peons4hire is owned or related to IGE, but it's hard to say for sure since all of these companies try to keep their organization and ownership as unclear as possible. Nor is Blizzard's lawsuit a class action, who would be the other class members other MMORPG companies? I don't think there are enough to qualify for class handling.
