The operation affinity is doing in korea seems to be a simple 3rd party trade to me. Instead of paying the farmers themselves they take a cut of the farmers selling their goods to normal people. Its about as handsoff as a pawnbroker buying and selling stolen goods arguing that he never stole them himself, hes merely a facilitator of private transactions.
