Seeing as how Lantressor of the Blade (A Half-draenei) doesn't have any Draenei features other than his eyes and grayish skin, then it's quite possible that most of the "Draenei features" such as head plates, tails, and facial tendrils just aren't dominant genes.
I still think Half-draenei is the most plausible. Either that or she was a Half-orc (Half Orc half Human) and was afflicted by Drain Life like all of the other Orc children.
Too small to be a Half-ogre in my opinion. Do you think a daughter of Nath, Orc blood in her veins or not, could stealth? =P
