If you must go to Uldaman for your training, make sure you pick up Formula: Enchant Gloves - Advanced Herbalism: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11205#c0z off the auction house. The materials are relatively cheap and few (saves bag space) so it's a great enchant for leveling your skill while standing by the trainer. Also make sure that you bring a pile of gold with you. I think it was around 26g to learn all the recipes she can teach you.
