I would probably have to put shaman and rogue on the two worst to group together. Neither can truely tank very effectively. I'm not saying it's not doable but if you had to pick the two worst that's what I would choose. even if you try to kite with an earthbind totem or poisons neither is really effective at taking on what two other classes together could do.
