Four endgame guilds on WoW Radio today

On the menu is supposed to be "all aspects of the endgame," so it'll be interesting to see what gets talked about. Expect to hear about what they thought of the Black Temple and the attunements being lifted from the Eye and SSC, and TB would probably be remiss if he didn't ask what they think is coming next (even though no one but Blizzard has anything but speculation about that right now, probably until Blizzcon). But nevertheless, WoW Radio always does a good interview, and this should be a good listen for sure.

Thanks to the ever-excellent WoW Insider for plugging us on this one, it's safe to say our discussions wouldn't be as good without the inspiration that WoW Insider's thought-provoking topics continue to provide to this community.
Enjoy the show guys!

A little unfair putting Death and Taxes up there saying these guilds are "the ones that matter" when there were other guilds beating them in progression.
I'm not in the raid game, but i would be pretty pissed if people said a guild inferior to my own mattered more than mine...

@6 While they did not get any major world firsts in TBC and were behind on Nihilum (like everyone), they did manage to get some World first.
Does that make them one of the current statistical top guilds? maybe not, but you shouldn't ignore their accomplishments in previous content either. For a long time there really was only one famous guild. Their input is certainly of value keeping in mind the importance of the changes the expansion brought for all the topics they addressed.
That being said, I enjoyed the show, not that I heard many surprising things but it's good to hear it from these people and their opinion and ways of beating the game do indeed matter more than others because they managed to do it. On top of that look up the history of WoW's lead designers, hardcore MMO players, debatable best at what they did one time or another.

@6 - Going off of Bosskillers.com rankings, DnT are the #4 guild in the world. That makes them pretty significant. It's also important to note that while DnT have not been at the top when it comes to TBC progression, they made a huge impact in legacy content and that in itself is a valuable perspective to consider :)
Yes we apologize that the site has been going offline. It is sorted now and listeners should have no issues at all in downloading the podcast.

Or so we thought... We are in the process of shouting at our server hosts for the bug in the Apache server which is causing this to happen.

enjoyed listening to it, was listening to the stream but unfortunately fell asleep (that happens at 5am in the morning australia time) good to get the full show :) most surprised at Mother Shahraz being very difficult, from what I had read I thought the only difficult encounter was EOS.
