World Wide WoW Moviewatch: Thrall's Christmas Tree

I haven't seen all that many foreign machinimas but in my opinion this still deserves a Machinimoscar Award (if there were such a thing) for Best Foreign Machinima. It's another good one by the Taiwanese "AFK Pl@yers," who did "Azeroth Top 3," which we featured for you last week. It's in Chinese, naturally, but it also has English subtitles for the enjoyment of westerners everywhere!
This is what you would read on the back cover of the DVD: "A young tauren has accepted a difficult quest from Warchief Thrall. Will he be able to complete the mission?" Also featuring special appearances from the famous Murkilla and her baby boy, as well as other cameos from Azeroth Top 3!

Este es el color del misterio, calzoncillos calvin klein y la sofisticación. Estiliza la figura y otorga una apariencia muy seductora. Evita llevarlo en cambio si tu piel es muy morena ya que en este caso apenas destacará.
Ten en cuenta también, calvin klein de elegir los colores de tu ropa interior que éstos deben adaptarse a tu vestimenta y a la época del año o a las ocasiones en que utilizarás estas prendas, ya que si llevas una blusa blanca y un brasier negro se verá fatal la combinación. Lo mejor es elegirla siempre en contraste con tu piel. También puedes calzoncillos distintos colores para la parte superior e inferior.

The only place where I saw a foreign reference was in "Foreign Machinimas"... Which is true it is foreign. There is no mention of the language being foreign anywhere other than the subtitle part. Which does not label it as foreign, but as Chinese.
As for the movie I loved it. Keep the "Foreign Language" movies coming David.

There is indeed a Machinima Oscar equivalent - the Mackies, run by the Academy of Machinima Arts and Sciences (of whom I'm one of the board members).
Both The Return and Edge of Remorse have won Mackies as WoW Machinima in the past.

Hestitate to suggest this because there are so few really good ones and most are awful, but maybe the occasional links to WoW webcomics? Dark Legion and Equinox would be my choices. My only super geek freakout moment playing WoW was running into Equinox in early BC. Helped him quest (Equinox is tauren, my character was human), much to the annoyance of the guildies I was grouped with...to kill the same mobs. "Stop helping the #$@& COW!"
