Patch 2.1.3 released
After having had some fun on the PTRs, patch 2.1.3 has gone live this morning. It's still pretty much a small bug-fix patch; here are the notes:World of Warcraft Client Patch 2.1.3
General
- Read in-game mail will now be kept for thirty days instead of three.
- The Warlock spell Incinerate has had the performance of its graphical spell effect improved.
- The "Show Launcher" option has changed so that it now defaults to "On". Players will now see the launcher when running WoW by default.
- Improved the performance of conditional macros, slightly increasing the framerate.
- Fixed a crash triggered by many unit frame AddOns.
- Fixed an issue with the movement of Archimonde's Doomfire.
- Fixed the wand missile art on most Shadow based wands to show the correct graphical effect.
- Infinity Blades will now despawn properly when the encounter with Kael'thas resets after a wipe.
- Gan'arg Underlings and Felhound Defenders are now properly classified as demons.

@1 ... servers don't come up till 11:00 Pacific time
When are they going to fix the bugged Vengeful Harbinger quest? How many patches has it been broken for?

I'd like to be able to swim again..that's been broken forever.

Here's hoping they stealth fix the abyssal flamebringers in Blade's Edge too. Not being able to loot them sucks, especially when you're trying to farm them for the alchemy recipe.

Hopefully this patch won't jack up every addon.

I guess by the lack of mention in the patch notes Blizzard won't be fixing Surge of Light. Let's recap this talent's history:
Surge of Light (2/2) Reads:
Your spell criticals have a 25% chance to cause your next smite spell to be instant cast, cost no mana but be incapable of a critical hit. This effect lasts 10 sec.
So here's the history:
1.10 - Surge of Light introduced into the game. Smites cast with the Surge of Light effect active costs NO mana and CAN crit. Wrong
2.0 - Surge of Light is changed and still CAN crit. It does however cost mana. Still Wrong
2.0.4 - Sure of Light is changed, CAN'T crit costs NO mana. Doesn't stack with Inner Focus
2.0.5 - Surge of Light is changed, CAN'T crit costs NO mana, DOES work with Inner Focus. Oh and has an Infinite Mana Bug when used with Inner Focus.
2.1.0 - Surge of Light is changed, CAN crit, COSTS mana, DOES work with Inner Focus.
So not once has this spell worked as intended and now we're back to 1.10's Bug!!

is it just me, or has the "World of Warcraft" website been down for the past few weeks?

As a 34/27/0 priest I agree with #6. They CANNOT seem to get Surge of Light to work as intended. Probably because they already have our money and do not care.

I suppose Monstrous Kaliri are still a royal, non-lootable, non-soulshardable, evade-bugging pain in the rump. I suppose certain disobedient fel orc peons still aren't viable targets for my ever-lovin' booterang. I suppose my minion still drops off into the void when I assume the fel orc disguise and netherdrake upon approaching Nethering Ledge. I suppose a lot of things.

"When are they going to fix the bugged Vengeful Harbinger quest? How many patches has it been broken for?"
I feel like I'm the only person who DIDN'T have a problem completing that quest.
