I remember watching a video of a rogue who had stun locks perfected, to prive this he recorded himself completely naked except grey daggers. He attack a Grandmarshal geared warrior(back when 60 was the max level) and completely stun locked him to death. I wish I still had the link, maybe someone else has it.
