Priests have psychic scream on instant the moment they get it, yet no one is crying to nerf preists. And fear can break on damage. At lvl 40 I don't have deathcoil, so that is moot for me at this point.

OP? No. No more than stunlock. No more than stealth not breaking. No more than any of the numerous "cannot be resisted" abilities that some classes have. I get stunlocked by rogues and all I can do is watch them kill me...yet no one cries nerf rogues. OP?
