1. Endless Rage and Devastate have been modified to be more effective:

Endless Rage: When in combat, every 10 seconds the Warrior is granted 20 rage. Also increases healing effects by 20%.

Devastate now strikes with both weapons.

2. Enhancement Shaman's "Stormstrike" debuff has now been changed to a buff on the Shaman. The next two nature spells have their effect increased by 20% and the mana cost reduced by 50%.

3. The shaman restoration talent, Earth Shield, increases healing done on the target by the Shaman by 40% as well as its original effect.

4. The warrior protection talent "improved shield block" has been increased to a 3 point talent, with each extra talent point adding 1 additional charge.

5. Weapon buffs will no longer override Windfury/Flametongue totem's buff.
