L70ETC at BlizzCon

The BlizzCon news is coming out in tiny, bite-sized pieces. This afternoon, we've learned that the Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain (last BlizzCon, they were calling themselves Level 60 Elite Tauren Chieftain -- but they've had plenty of time since then) will be playing at BlizzCon on Saturday night. And as a little preview of the upcoming concert, Blizzard has posted a music video of L70ETC playing their latest hit, I Am Murloc, complete with specially modeled in-game rock stars.

Jesus Christ- they make new guitar models for this AND use some kinda 3rd party program to move the characters? Why can't we get that!

The Band characters used in the video have been "in game" or at least in the art files for quite some time, nothing new to see there. The emotes used by the characters are the 5 emotes they have as a standard.

However, the production quality is great, and I would expect nothing less from Blizzard.

Wow, those are sweet guitars. Makes me wish that they'd add cool stuff like that in-game. Just little RP items with no use besides looking cool...or maybe making everyone dance (like that damn piccolo).

This is the first time I've heard that band play. They must be the ones who did that "Power of the Horde" song at the end of Warcraft 3.

Anyone else notice that the name of the band is wrong in the title? Suppose to be L70ETC, not LE70TC.

Ah another catchy 10LTC / L60ETC / L70ETC song that's fantastic but for the lead vocalist.

Seriously, this one's catchy but the singer hasn't got the voice to pull it off, shame really :) Then again they don't exactly take themselves too seriously so it's not like they'll be splitting him off for 'artistic differences'.
