Spectral Tiger Mount video
Of the three rewards coming to the TCG loot cards, this Spectral Tiger Mount probably got the most attention-- not only is it a sweet looking mount (ok, it's a freaking amazing looking mount),
We don't yet know, as MMO Champion notes, whether it's an epic or a normal ground mount-- Boubouille apparently ducked into a private realm for the video, and apparently there are two spells (one 60% and one 100% speed) for the mount itself. So that could mean that Blizzard is still deciding, or it could actually mean that there are two of these mounts in game-- one at 60% from the TCG loot cards, and an epic mount yet to be discovered.
At any rate, looks awesome. Will this entice you to grab a few TCG packs, or does the fact that Blizzard wants you to pay real money for a mount you probably won't get just disgust you?
*Update: Of course Horde can ride the rare Tiger mount from ZG. My bad.

First time horde get to ride cats? Can't they win the orange tiger mount from ZG?

The Horde can get the Tiger from ZG.

Depending on market price for the single card I would at least consider it. I'd never actually go out and buy a couple booster packs for a card game that I don't play. I rememger Magic: the Gathering basically just became an arms race to see who could spend the most money to get a specific style deck. Black Lotus anyone?
Anyhow, that being said, I will definitely consider purchasing the fishing chair card. For some reason this idea amuses me more than a cat mount. Add in a mind control hat, pirate hat, or even that weird radar dish hat from Gnomer and you've got one sweet setup.

...or the two spells could mean that, like the Fresh/Preserved Holly available during Winter Veil, the Spectral Tiger is an appearance change for your current mount and thus keeps whatever speed you already have.

Spectral Catnip?

eBay pure and simple. The odds of getting these "really cool" loot cards are stupid high - eBay is the cheaper and best bet.
Try the CCG though, it's a good game and fun to pass the time if you don't have a WoW enabled computer handy ;)

I wish someone could get info on the Fishing Chair. Datamine and get a picture of it. Is it like a mount, where you use the item, and you're sitting in it, and it disappears when you move? Or does it deploy on the ground and then you sit down manually?

Even if you get one of these cards, you still have to pay for the Spectral Mount with in-game money. Just go check the TCG vendor in Booty Bay, there's a purchase icon next to the Spectral Mount.

The fact that people are willing to buy boosters just for a chance to get this kind of thing is testament to what a genius marketing idea it is. However for some of us, it's just a bonus, we actually play the game and it's fun :P
TB.

Meh... never cared for the cat mounts, particularly the "new" epic (Battlecat) look. However, for those that like em this is just great I'm sure.

It is indeed very good marketing. People that play the CCG will most likely play the MMO. Giving in game rewards only provides incentive to buy more in hopes of obtaining one.
eBay is always a possible option as well. I fully expect the price to be in the triple digits for it though.
Fancy trying your lucky on a booster pack worth a couple bucks?

I saw it on Proudmoore about 2 days ago... its already coded into WoW, you just need the card. Spectral Tiger Mount is in fact 100%. (Character was called "moon"-something)
Looks okay, skin is a murloc style reflective that is made transparent and then a ghost aura. It looks cool.
But the rest of it doesnt look crash hot. The tail is a poorly done though as it is segmented. The head armor is transparent from the back. The teeth are solid, which doesnt look right, should be transparent too imo. Also if your character wears a skirt it clips through the sadle into the transparent body.
I wouldnt get it, its a little bit icky graphically.

I'll admit I bought the loot card for the Hypogryph Hatchling on eBay. I'd buy the card for this no questions asked. I'd wait until the price went down, though. That mount is so sexy. I'm a mount/pet collector so... yeah.. WANT

TBC Card rewards are listed on Thottbot now...

There is both an L40 (60%) and L60 (100%) versions of the mounts. I wonder though, does the L40 version have armor ?

Log into blackhand. Two toons have it in Treachery who are very elblow to elbow with Blizz and the card maker. The love birds each have the cat for "PR" purposes if you care to see one emote growl in Shat through most of the day. Nifty, but its just the same dragon effect applied to the kitty.

When you redeem the code for the Spectral Tiger mount, you get the option to purchase both the level 40 mount(w/out armor) and the level 60 mount(w/ armor). The price is standard for a mount of that type. I paid 90g for the epic speed mount.
It should be called the 'Mount of a Thousand Tells', because of all the whispers you get when you ride it in a large city or AV.
Outside of the new Raven God mount that Anzu drops this is currently the most unique (and cool looking) epic ground mount available.

@7: The fishing chair deploys with you already sitting on it. The visual is a wooden chair with a beach umbrella over it.

More info on the 3 new items (from most common to most rare):
Fishing Chair: ust like it sounds an item you can use while fishing.
Gobin Gumbo: This is a kettle you can drop on the ground and anyone from your party or raid can take some gumbo from it. It has 5 portions of Gumbo and when you eat it, it will give you a 'Foul Breath' debuff that makes you belch green gas every 30 seconds for 5 minutes. The gumbo is conjured so you can keep it in inventory until you log out. The kettle has a one hour cooldown.
Spectral Tiger mount: This has already been pretty well described, though I have to say the video doesn't do it justice, it really is cool looking.
