And, if you do get behind and you're Alliance, hit ANgor Fortress in the Badlands. There are mobs there, but there are also randomly spawning lock boxes. You can skill to 225 or so there. Boring as heck, but a way to just get a ton of skillups while watching TV etc. Mobs are high 30s so if you're early 40s and beyond you run a v small chance of dying.

And there's one more reason to be 350 at 70... You're in Shattered Halls... you get to the door to the first boss... and you can't pick it. So your entire group has to go fight tons of oozes. Yech...
