@3 That macro is sweet, I use it all the time and I love making twice as much (or more) silver off of humanoids. But I'd recommend changing the sap one to:

/cast Sap
/stopcasting
/cast Pick Pocket

to avoid Pick Pocket resists. Also there's an addon called AutoLootPocket(?) that turns on Autoloot while stealthed and turns it off when out of stealth.
