Jay Mohr performing at BlizzCon

Blizzard has announced that actor/comedian Jay Mohr will be the MC for the contests and will host the closing night's festivities as well as perform. The closing festivities will be held in the Convention Center's Main Arena.Whether he's the jerk you love to hate in Jerry Maguire or the obnoxious attorney on CSI Miami or just plugging his comedy act on local L.A. radio station KROQ, I am always entertained by Jay Mohr.
Now I am looking forward to seeing him as much as Walt Simonson! <Insert geek noise here>

Don't forget, this guy even admitted to stealing another comedian's bit for a SNL sketch.

Yes, we would all love to have that angel from Kate's playground but we cant. So they get Jay Mohr. If you have never seen his stand-up then you would be surprised. He is a funny bastard. He also has a spot on impression of Harvey Keitel.
Complain about him afterwards if you are lucky to go the event. If not then go moan elsewhere.

Wish I was going now. Jay Mohr is really funny. To those that say he is randomly chosen, yeah, I think that Kel'Thuzad must have been busy that night.

@10 - you might be thinking of Jay London, but he was in season 2. Jay Mohr was the host for seasons 1-3.
I'm kinda surprised more comedians haven't outed themselves as gamers. Colin Quinn used to be a regular at the GameStop managers' conferences, and Anthony Cumia (of Opie & Anthony) is a big FPS fan.
