Extended downtime this week for selected realms

For those wanting to check out the complete list of servers and the estimated length of downtime, I've copied the official Blue post after the jump for you. It's just another service we offer -- sparing folks from having to battle the slow forum servers on downtime day!
Per Kroghul:
We will be performing our normal weekly maintenance in varying schedules as to perform different tasks for specific realms. Realms not listed below for specific downtime will only undergo rolling restarts on Tuesday, July 31 beginning at 5:00 AM PDT.
The below realms will begin maintenance at 5:00 AM PDT, July 31 and end at approximately 7:00 AM PDT.
The below realms will begin their maintenance including hardware and configuration changes at 12:01 AM PDT, July 31 and end at approximately 11:00 AM PDT.

Hopefully they’ll fix the LFG channel that is broken since the issues (and downtime) a few days ago.
But wait, "The below realms will begin their maintenance including hardware and configuration changes at 12:01 AM PDT, July 31 and end at approximately 11:00 AM PDT."
Am I reading that correctly and is that 23 hours of downtime, or is the AM/PM thing messing with my mind? I never know which it is around 12 o'clock, I’m used to 24-hour clock -_-;;. Anyway, it’s a long downtime for sure!

...it's saying that it will start at 12 Midnight PDT and end 11 in the afternoon PDT.

I think that's one minute after midnight 'til 11 in the --morning-- PDT ... a total of about 11 hours.
