Just as a heads-up, 8:00 PM PDT is 11:00 PM EDT.
Also, both the Dance Contest and Costume Contest official rules state that "entries will be taken until 12:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, July 31, 2007" (that's 1:00 PM PDT, I suspect; they're pretty good about using "11:59 PM" or "12:00 AM" when they mean midnight), which seems to indicate that registration's been over for about five and a half hours. Do you have a different source for the registration deadlines?
