BlizzCon Character Sound-alike Contest

The first day of BlizzCon wrapped up with a series of contests -- and we were on the scene grabbing some video. So here we have the first of the evening's contests, the Character Sound-Alike Contest, lasting around 30 minutes in all. Yes, that's 30 minutes of players doing everything from "Zug Zug!" to "You are not prepared!" While there were a great variety of voices, covering all major Blizzard games (though the majority were from World of Warcraft), I'm surprised at how many Orcs there were. Zug zug indeed! (And, yes, it's hand-held video, so the footage is varying degrees of shaky -- next time I'll know we need a tripod for this stuff.)

It says something about the video being a "shared video" and that we need to log in order to view it

Ack -- first time using Viddler and I messed up a setting. Very sorry everyone, but the video should be good to go now.

Opera won't open it
Firefox just shows blank white space
and Internet Explorer crashes

I was watching the video and had to stop it to unplug my headset so my mom could hear...I lost audio, refreshed the page, and now the video isn't there anymore. Same as on my mom's comp. Blank screen. I'm using Firefox, she's using IE. :-(

That was some fine vocal skill demonstrated. I had forgotten most of them before the refresher, and thought that the dryad was hilarious.
