Liquidor's rep calculator works for US realms, too
Ask and you shall be given-- the other day we posted about Liquidor's rep calculator, and lamented that it was EU only, and now only a few days later, he's updated it to not only include US realms, but he's completely revamped the design.
Sure enough, I punched in my character from the US realms, and I got the nice readout of where I'm at for all my reputations, and one click access to what exactly I need to do to move up a level (apparently I need to keep running Shadow Labs, grrr). Seems like it pulls everything directly from the Armory (where else would he get it from?), so all the info is as up to date as it is on Blizzard's official site.
There's also a checkbox now for "TBC Reputation only" that when unclicked gives a warning that says "Soon!," so apparently Liquidor is working on including Old World Azeroth rep as well. Just like we said the other day, this is a terrific tool for working on those all important rep grinds. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm LFG Shadow Labs. Anyone? Please?

Not working for me, I click calculate and everything goes back to default and nothing shows up.

Too cool... this is a great tool to have available for us here on the U.S. servers. Thanks Liquidor!

Doesn't work for my server. Instead of "Twisting Nether", he just has "Twisting", so it can't find any of my characters.

This is incalcuably awesome (pun intended).

Awesome tool.
I wish someone would just make a page that pulls all the data from Armory so I wouldn't have to deal with the horrible performance of it.

It's not working form me either, he lists Arygos as "Arygos Normal" so it doesn't pull it from the correct server. I also checked the source code and it's passing "Arygos Normal" as "Arygos Normal"...
It works for my other characters on different realms though...

You do realize, the Armory does the same exact thing.

Would be nice if you could set the Rep goal though, instead of just calculating the amount to the next rung.

@7: Yes, Armory does list your reputation, but it does not list what you need to run/kill to get up to the next reputation step, nor how many times you need to do that.
Also, as has been mentioned, this is a whole bunch faster than Armory is on a good day.

Wow, this is great.

That's sure great, just need to add a few more quests on certain factions based on the current rep level. On instance: I'm revered at Sha'tari and only mob kills and one non-daily quest is shown there.

Shame it doesn't work for Arygos, otherwise it looks like a nice tool

I've got a question. This is a good tool for finding out all the individual things (quests, items, instance runs, etc.) you can do to increase rep for a given faction. I like how it shows you how often you need to perform each one. However, it would be nice for it to combine the options and give you an aggregate total.
For instance, I'm at approximately 17K with Ogri'la. The tool tells me how many times I need to run each of the daily quests individually. For example, I could run "Banish the Demons" 10.6 more times. I would rather it tell me to run each of the four quests 3 times. I know I can just pull out a calculator for this, but if the site is already taking you so far, this should be an option. Maybe something like an "optimize" option. Am I missing something?

Bravo! Love this tool

I posted earlier about it not working, well it appears to not be Firefox friendly, atleast my Firefox anyway, maybe I have something blocking a script. It works fine for me in IE7.
Ghen Aug 10th 2007 3:15PM
Very very amazing. I'm using it to check my friends' progress =)

Rich Aug 10th 2007 3:32PM
