Your attempt to put lipstick on this pig lacks luster. Engineering is the among the top 3 in cost and difficulty to max and dead last in usefullness. At lower levels its fun factor is ok, but its just not fun at level 70.

Engineering needs more love and attention and the developers acknowledged this at Blizzcon. I only hope they will do something to make engineering truly fun and competitive with other professions at all levels of the game.
