I would much rather have another Karazhan-like instance than a Molten Core any day. It's nice knowing that the other 9 people in a raid are actually doing their jobs and are prepared.
Rather than 20ish people doing what they're supposed to and the rest on auto-follow (and sometimes auto loot :\ )
