- Any class and any role can be a jackass. I've had a priest refuse to buff Fortitude on me because he lacked reagents for the group buff. (and was too lazy to manually buff even only me as a tank)- If I ask people if they can come tank or heal an instance at lv 70, I don't really expect them to be a certain spec, I'm just hoping they have the gear for it and can pull it off with their certain spec. For all I care the healer is specced 0/0/0 because he's indecisive, if he has the gear for it and can pull it off, I don't care.- Why is it that people get picky when asking for a tank or healer , but not for DPS or utility ?Have you ever asked a rogue what spec he was before you invited him? No, because you don't care. If he does decent DPS, it's all good.-If you ask me to come and heal, I say no because i don't have the right spec and gear for it. If I say yes, you can assume i'm specced and geared for the role.I kind of agree with the article poster, have some trust in the people you ask for a role. If it doesn't work, you can still leave the party or have them leave. If all goes well, you don't have to be nagging about spec and/or gear.
