Um, before I ask a random, non-guild tank, I look at the Armory. HELLOOOOO, specs are on the Armory too people.

And yes, if you want something specific, don't ask someone to do X only to have them drag their sorry carcass out to you where you proceed THEN to grill them on their abilities. (See Armory comment above to alleviate some of those problems.)
