I'm a pretty fresh 70 myself, but the raiders in my guild are great. They have been friendly and patient when taking me through instances, gradually 'training' me into getting to know the instances and their mobs.

Right now, I can take the lead of a group myself in some of them (done lots of SV for example so I know those mobs pretty well) training the newer 70s who've never been there.
