Reader Tyrianus of Bronzebeard sends in this interesting shot, snapped while flying into the Hinterlands from the Undercity. The sky is of particular interest -- what's up with that red line on the horizon, fading through purple into dark blue? You may think it's a sunset, but when Tyrianus landed, the sun and sky looked more like mid-day.

It just fades up into the blue of an early night sky.

Weird, I was just in the Hinterlands today on my alt and noticed the same thing. Hinterlands is ALWAYS eerily dark compared to other zones. I thought it was a little too early for ingame sunset, so looked upwards...and sure enough, the sun was still fairly high in the sky.
It makes Hinterlands all the more beautiful.
